Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ve got you covered.

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

The product arrives damaged beyond use
The incorrect item was sent and cannot be replaced

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
